At Giardino di Elena, our goal is to create an experience that feels suspended in time - a peaceful escape where guests can feel transported, both in space and spirit. Inspired by the natural beauty and historic charm of the land, we’ve chosen to preserve the soul of this place by letting nature and tradition guide us.
A respectful approach to the land
Our organic farm follows traditional rhythms and values. We avoid altering the landscape - no trees are cut down, and no woods are cleared to increase planting space. Instead, part of the 23-hectare property is left in a natural state, inviting guests to explore and enjoy it freely. Our olive oil, produced according to certified organic standards, is just the beginning of our agricultural journey - focused on quality, not yield.

Il Giardino di Elena is the perfect base for exploring southern Tuscany. Just minutes from the sea and nestled in the quiet countryside of Magliano in Toscana, the area offers a mix of relaxation and discovery.
Nature & Adventure:
Reach the Maremma Natural Park (Parco dell’Uccellina) in just 15 minutes - ideal for cycling, quiet beaches, and nature hikes. You can also enjoy guided tours through WWF reserves or spot wild animals in their natural habitats.

Discover the thermal waters of Saturnia, either in the wellness center with pools and spa areas, or the nearby natural waterfalls - stunning year-round.
A short drive past Capalbio takes you to the Tarot Garden, a magical open-air art park created by French artist Niki de Saint Phalle.
Sea Adventures
Book a private boat or dinghy to explore the hidden coves of Monte Argentario, or join a guided day trip on the Tyrrhenian Sea with fresh seafood lunch on board. Local beaches also offer snorkeling, diving, and even surf and windsurf rentals in season.
